A few weeks ago the construction of the first stage of the Osiedle Uniwersyteckie was completed and the second stage of the investment has almost three floors on each building. The second stage, like the first, involves the construction of three multi-family buildings. They will contain 106 apartments and 36 individual garages. The construction of the second stage of the Osiedle Uniwersyteckie investment began in February. The apartments will have from 26.67 m2 to 73.44 m. Buildings are being erected in the second building line from Strzeleckiego Street. Access to two of them will be via the connector from Strzeleckiego Street. However, the third entry will be from future Studencka street.

The investment is located on a 5 hectare plot at ul. Strzelecki. As part of the construction of stage I and II, street renovation has also been planned, which will significantly improve traffic in the estate. The entire investment envisages the construction of 15 residential buildings with a total of about 600 apartments. Each block has spacious staircases and individual garages located in the building. Osiedle Uniwersyteckie is a project that aroused great interest long before the disclosure of the first information about its details.
