The stage of construction works on the leading development investment of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE – class A office building of IMMOBILE 3 – was completed. The next stage is the execution of glazing and facades. Putting the building into use is planned for the second half of this year.

IMMOBILE K3 – visualisation

The erected office building is to stand out above all with a modern facade, harmonizing with historical buildings of the Old Town in Bydgoszcz. A dozen or so days ago, one of two cranes used in construction works disappeared from the construction site. It was replaced by the scaffold, which will be used in the course of installation of facades and effective glazing, being a characteristic element of this building.

Due to its location, the IMMOBILE K3 has a chance to become a showcase of Bydgoszcz. The design of the office building, developed by the CDF Architekci studio from Poznan, was agreed with an urban monument conservator. The city actively supports the initiative of its creation – at its request, a design and cost documentation for revalorization of green areas of the Koscielecki Square, where the building is located, is being prepared. It will include, among others, conservation notes assuming attempts to save weakened chestnut trees. However, roadworkers plan renovations of the surface of neighboring streets. Work order is planned for the second half of the year.

IMMOBILE K3 is a 5-storey, modern class A office building with a 2-level underground car park. It has almost 8,600 square meters of office and commercial space in the very heart of the city, just 100 meters from the Old Market Square. In the immediate area there are the most important public administration institutions, banks, hotels and universities.

Almost 2,400 meters of retail and service space is a perfect location for cafes, restaurants and shops. Situated along the streets, with convenient access, parking spaces and wide pavement, they encourage passers-by to step by for small shopping or morning coffee. Representative class A office spaces, with a total area of almost 6,200 meters, are located on floors 1 to 4. All rental spaces offer the possibility to adapt to the needs of a tenant, which allows you to flexibly shape the work environment, in accordance with individual needs.
