The official opening of the Focus Poznań hotel took place in early October 2018. The comfortable 3-star facility located at 4 Serafitek Street is the first hotel of the chain in the Wielkopolska Province. There are 92 rooms at our guests’ disposal, including premium rooms with a view of the city panorama and modern conference facilities.
Focus Hotel Poznań is the tenth object of the Polish Focus Hotels chain, which is a part of Grupa Kapitałowa Immobile S.A. The facility is located in the green part of Poznań, in the immediate vicinity of the Warta River, near the famous Malta. An unquestionable advantage of the location is excellent communication with the city centre. Noteworthy in the hotel itself is the modern, minimalist design, for which the Poznań PULVA Interior Design Studio is responsible. Comfortable rooms are decorated according to the latest trends, equipping them with everything necessary to ensure a pleasant stay.
“The Wielkopolska market has long been one of our priorities, which is why we are very enthusiastic about opening a hotel in Poznań. We believe that the advantageous location, original design and wide offer of our facility will attract both business clients and people travelling for tourist purposes. I believe Focus Hotel Poznań will stir the local hotel market up a bit” – says Łukasz Płoszyński, Vice-President of the Management Board of Focus Hotels.
The facility has joined the group of 3-star hotels, which includes hotels in Gdańsk, Sopot, Chorzów, Szczecin and Łódź. It offers 92 single and double rooms as well as three conference rooms with a total area of 117 m2. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar and free fitness area with 24-hour access to the sauna and gym. Guests with cars can use the hotel’s underground car park.
The new hotel, like other Focus hotels, offers fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the building and free access to the business area with a printer. Hotel guests can use the sauna and gym free of charge. Each room is equipped with a large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, TV, work desk and a tea and coffee set. In addition, guests receive coffee and a sandwich to take away free of charge, just like in all facilities of the chain. Children and teenagers up to 18 years of age, accommodated in a room with parents or guardians, will stay free of charge – which remains in line with the brand standard.
