At the Osiedle Uniwersyteckie, we are fast approaching the topping ceremony, which means that the construction of the first three multi-family buildings near Strzelecki, Kaliska, Akademicka and Studencka Streets in Bydgoszcz is quickly progressing.

Osiedle Uniwersyteckie is being built since September last year. Since then, CDI Konsultanci Budowlani, a leader in the development segment of the IMMOBILE Group, is building the first three multi-family buildings planned in the investment. The entire housing estate will comprise 15 residential buildings with a total of approx. 600 apartments.
Works at this stage of construction are approaching the end, the progress on individual objects is slightly different. Two buildings already have half the roof, and in the third one, the walls of the last floor are being created. The panicle over the buildings should hang in a few weeks, probably at the turn of June and July. The investment then, will be slowly going through the finishing stage.
On the 5-hectare plot in Bydgoszcz-Fordon, the first stage of the investment is currently under construction. Buildings are built along Strzeleckiego Street. The buildings will contain 108 apartments with an area from 26.91 m2 to 54.87 m2. The blocks will be almost identical, therefore each of them will have 36 apartments and 12 individual garages at the lowest level. The investment implementation was planned in the period from the fourth quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2019.
Spacious staircases and individual garages integrated into buildings are planned in each of these blocks. High quality construction and finishing materials, teletechnical infrastructure, spacious lifts, are what characterises best the new investment of CDI Konsultanci Budowlani. In order to satisfy the needs of single people, young couples and bigger families, we prepared different layouts of flats. Variuous floor areas provide opportunities for combining and modifying layouts, which allows to achieve the expected functionality. We also included in this project a development of green area, fulfilling aesthetic and leisure functions.
